At Not Another Bill, we want you to be delighted with your unique finds, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for most items. Please note that personalized or bespoke products are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact and that it was not custom-engraved or personalized.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely package your items and include the authorization code inside the box, then address the parcel to our London studio using a tracked shipping service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
